The Scotch Ambassador is an authority on Scotch and as such will only serve and assist guests in better understanding the Drink of Kings. I will gladly work at functions serving non-Scotch beverages. But I am the Scotch guy and as such prefer to limit my activities to my area of expertise. I am sure you understand.
